If ordering by mail, you will need an order form. Please be sure to provide contact information (either a phone number or an email address) with your order. We take both personal checks and money orders, but please note that we may hold personal check orders for up to 2 weeks while the check clears.

Please Note: The above address is not a storefront or a warehouse. It is a business office only and products are not stored nor are they available for will-call at this location. We do have a couple of home offices in the northern MPLS metro area from which local pick-up is available by appointment only for individual kits. Please bring cash or pre-pay with a credit card.

Our warehouse is located in St. Paul, MN and wholesale case packs may be picked up from that location with pre-payment and by appointment only.
