Standard ground packages generally arrive within 2-5 business days. The only exception may be very large orders (which may take an extra 1-2 days). [See this ground Delivery Map for transit times. Add 1 day for processing.]

PLEASE NOTE: We are in the process of warehousing the newly manufactured clay items. As we process the back-orders, please note that any orders that include clay products may experience up 5 business days to process and therefore may take up to 10 business days for standard delivery.

Next day delivery as well as other day specific shipping options are also available at checkout. This excludes delivery on weekends and Holidays.

Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Guam as well as those with PO, APO or FPO shipping addresses: US Priority Mail (or First Class Mail) and Parcel Post will be available to you at checkout.

When will I receive my package (using Standard Shipping)?

In most cases, credit card orders are sent the next business day, but ocassionally may be sent the second business day. To estimate when your package will arrive, add 1-2 days to the ground transit time shown on this Transit Map. For example, if you place an order on Monday and live in Ohio, 99% of the time you will receive your package on Thursday or Friday. Orders placed via echeck, paper check or money order will be sent once the payment has been received and cleared.

What are the expedited shipping options?

At checkout, you will be able to select an expedited shipping option based on package weight and destination. Choices include USPS Priority Mail* (typically 2-3 business days), USPS Express Mail (1 business day to most U.S. addresses) and several day-specific UPS options depending on availability. The order cut-off time for same-day shipping options is 1pm CST Mon-Fri excluding holidays.

*Please note that Priority Mail is not a guaranteed 2-3 day service.

If your order is placed prior to 1pm CST and for some reason we cannot process the order the same day (rare, but a possibility), you will be notified as soon as possible to discuss the options.

How will my package be sent?

Packages sent at the above Standard Flat Rates within the contiguous 48 states will typically be sent via UPS Ground, but FedEx Ground or the United States Postal Service may also be used depending on the circumstances. Overall, orders cannot be split up; each order will be sent to a single United States address only.

We get asked a lot if our shipping boxes are marked or have photos, etc (because of gift giving). The answer is that we use plain brown shipping boxes or Priority mail boxes. The only information provided is our company name and the return address. [Hope this helps!]

We do not require signature confirmation upon delivery, but shipping companies use their own discretion when leaving packages unattended.

Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes. At checkout you will have the option to enter separate billing and shipping addresses.

Other General Shipping Information:

The "days" referred to throughout this page are business days, which excludes Saturdays, Sundays and major U.S. Holidays. Occasionally, we may choose to send your package via FedEx ground or USPS Priority Mail if standard shipping is chosen. In either case, you will still receive you package on (or even before) the transit time indicated on the above map.

Large orders and/or custom orders may take 2 to 5 business days to process and ship, depending on the specifics of the order. Large orders are typically considered to be the equivalent of 3 or more case packs and/or orders totaling more than $350.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All international packages are sent thru the United States Post Office.

Other than the United States, we currently ship to Canada via orders placed directly on this website. Because each country has its own package size limits and other specifications, it is difficult to calculate shipping costs based soley on weight. We therefore ask that other international customers contact us if you would like to place an order. Based on your order specifics, we can make arrangements to allow your order to go through on this site, take your order via fax or even invoice via PayPal. Also, many of our items can be purchased on eBay under user ID MarlasMarket.

International Free Shipping Equivalent: We offer 10% off for international customers who place an order over $99. If ordering online, please contact us for a one time use 10% off coupon code to be used at checkout.

Standard Flat Rate shipping applies to U.S. customers only. Canadian customers will be able to purchase directly online. Standard first class/priority mail will be offered at checkout as well as Global Express Mail. Please choose one of these options. Additional fees and/or duty taxes may be charged at the time of delivery/package pick-up. Check with your local post office to determine if this applies to you.

Transit Times: Global Express packages are typically delivered within 5 business days and first class/priority packages are normally delivered within about 10 business days. [Ocassionally, we have packages take up to 3-4 weeks to be delivered to Canada due to customs checks. This doesn't happen often, but we want to make you aware of the possibility.]
