Packages sent via standard shipping generally arrive within 3-7 business days (see transit map link below). Expedited options with same day shipping will also be offered at checkout.
The above standards rates do not apply to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Guam as well as those with PO, APO or FPO shipping addresses. However, Priority Mail will be available as a shipping option at checkout.
How will my package be sent?
Packages sent at the above Standard Flat Rates (within the contiguous 48 states) will typically be sent via UPS Ground, but FedEx Ground or the United States Postal Service may also be used depending on the circumstances. Overall, orders cannot be split up; each order will be sent to a single United States address only.
Please Note: we do not typically require signature confirmation upon delivery, but shipping companies use their own discretion when leaving packages unattended.
When will I receive my package (using Standard Shipping)?
In most cases, credit card orders are sent the next business day, but occasionally may be sent the second business day. To estimate when your package will arrive, add 1-2 days to the ground transit time shown on this TRANSIT MAP*. For example, if you place an order on Monday and live in Ohio, 99% of the time you will receive your package on Thursday or Friday. Orders placed via echeck, paper check or money order will be sent once the payment has been received and cleared. [*This is a ground transit estimate only. What are the expedited shipping options?
At checkout, you will be able to select an expedited shipping option based on package weight and destination. Choices include USPS Priority Mail* (typically 2 business days), USPS Express Mail (1 business day to most U.S. addresses) and several day-specific UPS options depending on availability. The order cut-off time for same-day shipping options is 2pm CST Mon-Fri excluding holidays.
*Please note that Priority Mail is not a guaranteed 2 day service.
If your order is placed prior to 2pm CST and for some reason we cannot process the order the same day (very rare, but a possibility), you will be notified as soon as possible to discuss the options.
Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?
Yes. At checkout you will have the option to enter separate billing and shipping addresses.
Other General Shipping Information:
The "days" referred to throughout this page are business days, which excludes Saturdays, Sundays and major U.S. Holidays. Occasionally, we may choose to send your package via FedEx ground or USPS Priority Mail (if under 3lbs) if standard shipping is chosen. In either case, you will still receive you package on (or even before) the transit time indicated on the above map.
Large orders and/or custom orders may take 2 to 5 business days to process and ship, depending on the specifics of the order. Large orders are typically considered to be the equivalent of 3 or more case packs and/or orders totaling more than $350.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All international packages are sent thru the US Post Office.
However, internationally, only Canadian customers will be able to place an order directly on this site. Why? Each country has its own package size limits and other specifications and it is therefore difficult to calculate shipping costs based solely on weight.
We ask that non-Canadian international customers contact us if you would like to place an order. Based on your order specifics, we can make arrangements to allow your order to go through on this site, take your order via fax, or preferrably, invoice via PayPal. Also, many of our items can be purchased on eBay under user ID MarlasMarket.
Standard Flat Rate shipping applies to U.S. customers only. However, Canadian customers will be able to purchase directly online and international first class mail rates based on package weight will be offered at checkout. US to Canada rate information as well as package size limitations can be fount here: Canadian Ship Info. Also, be aware that additional fees and/or duty taxes may be charged at the time of delivery/package pick-up. Check with your local post office to determine if this applies to you.
International Free Shipping Equivalent: We offer 10% off for international customers who place an order over $99. If ordering online, please contact us for a one time use 10% off coupon code to be used at checkout.
Transit Times: Global Express packages are typically delivered within 5 business days and first class/priority packages are normally delivered within about 10 business days. [Occasionally, we have packages take up to 3-4 weeks to be delivered to Canada due to customs checks. This doesn't happen often, but we want to make you aware of the possibility.]
